Vfl Gummersbach win Cup Winners Cup!

After Cup EHF title last season, Vfl Gummersbach win Cup Winners Cup this year. In the final, easy as last season against Gorenje (Slovenia), team of coach Sead Hasanefendic celebrated trophy after they lost second match against Granollers in Spain 34:38 (16:18). German side won first match with nine goals – 34:25, so Spanish team were not so close to make surprise in second 60 minutes of the Final. Best scorer in winning team was Silagy with 10 goals, but trully the best was goalkepper, Goran Stojanovic with 19 saves.
In his history, Vfl Gummersbach won five Champions Cup (now Champions League) and they are second best after F.C Barcelona with seven titles.
