Second meeting of Ex-Yu (Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and BiH) Federations representatives with cooperation with Hungarian and Austrian National handball bodies produced agreement about establishment of SEHA (South Europe Handball Association) and S – Regional League with maximum of 16 teams with a name of main sponsor (Sparkasse Erste Bank).

S League will start from a next season 2011/2012. A teams (Two per country except BiH with three) who is playing this League will appended in their national leagues at ending stages. EHF and IHF strongly support this type of League, what is for all participants very important.
