Algeria wins African Nations Cup

Algeria is finally the one that will rule Africa in handball for the upcoming two years, when Egypt is expected to host the African Nations Cup in 2016. After 18 years, Algeria won the cup after 25:21 (12:11) victory over Tunisia, game held in Algiers. This was the seventh title for Algeria, with the first one coming in 1981 and last one in 1996. Despite Tunisia and Algeria, Egypt has secured a ticket to the World Championship 2015 in Qatar, the Egyptians winning the key match against Angola with 31:24 (19:12).
