Great, amazing support got the EHF Champions League Wild Card candidates in our Poll, where we wanted to hear handball fans all around about their favorites before EHF take decision on Friday, June 21 about three teams who will get that chance. Thanks to our visitors, Handball-Planet.com almost went offline after 14.000 visits last Tuesday, but nevermind, the only what is important is passion for handball.
Over 9.000 fans took a chance to vote for their teams. Beside HSV Handball who got the opportunity to play at Wild Card tournament as the EHF CL winner, three teams who deserved to play on that tournament are Macedonian vice-champion RK Metalurg, Polish vice-champion, Orlen Wisla Plock and Hungarian, Pick Szeged as well.
Significant support got also other teams – candidates for Wild Card tournament -Danish Skjern Handball, Swedish IFK Kristianstad, German Fuchse Berlin and French Montpellier. Swiss second team Kadetten Schaffhausen’ fans weren’t enthusiastic to support their team in this way…
