Serbian National Team with big expectations waiting for the EHF EURO 2012 on home-soil. NT coach, Veselin Vukovic announced Official squad with 28 names. Among them is Dalibor Cutura, playmaker of Ademar Leon, who is “one of the posible surprises” about which Vukovic talked last two months. Serbs are faced with uncertain injuries of Nikola Manojlovic and Zarko Sesum, while also Petar Nenadic has problem with his back.
- Cutura deserved nomination because of his performances in EHF Champions League. If we want to be objective, we don’t have “dry quality” for the medal positions. It is very important to understand, what we are waiting for. Our advantage must to be fans, militancy and with properly refferes criteria, I think that we can try to fight for the semifinal. The most important is openning match against Poland. That win can be very usefull for selfconfidence and euphoria – admit Vukovic and add:
- Under this circumstances, all the games at the EHF EURO 2012 have to be similar as these one with Croatia (22:20) at the “Nation Cup” in November. That means that “small results” will be perfect for us…
