Benfica continues to prepare for the handball season 2012/13. After the acquisition of the playmaker Tiago Pereira and left-back Alvaro Rodrigues, both former ABC Braga, left-winger, Dario Andrade (FC Porto) and left back, Davor Cutura (Valladolid, ESP) are close to become a member of “Red Dragons”.
In Portugal this years the Championship won F.C Porto, while National Cup took Sporting Lisbon.
