Buducnost fans brawl with security and police, one fan taken to hospital

The Buducnost Podgorica fans, “Varvari Podgorica”, have made an incident at the final of their teams’ game against Gyori in Budapest “Papp Laszlo Sport Arena”. In the 58th minute, unhappy with the outcome of the game, in which it was obvious that their team will be defeated, started a brawl first with the security of the hall, with few seating chairs flying around. In order to prevent this from becoming a larger-scale incident, the Hungarian police intervened. The outcome was one fan that fell out of the stand, and has been taken to hospital.

    After two CL-titles it might be time to learn the name of the team: Györ (as the city) or Györi Audi ETO.

    And what will EHF do about it? Probably the same as about the Knezevic-case: “let’s pretend it didn’t happen”
