BUNDESLIGA RACE: THW Kiel and RNL with easy wins

Two leading teams of the German DKB Bundesliga, Rhein Neckar Lowen and THW Kiel continue the Championship race. Both teams celebrated easy victories in Round 30 and stayed with 51 points at the TOP of the League table. “Lions” beat their coleagues, the other “Lions” from Bergischer 34:26 (14:14) with the Swiss playmaker Andy Schmidt in the main role with 9 goals. THW Kiel showed classy performance against TSV Hannover Burgdorf 37:20 tonight. After two convincing victories over Metalurg at EHF CL TOP 8, Alfred Gislason’s players kept high level at domestic scene and showed that they are capable to play quality handball in the most important part of the season.
