Bundesliga (Round 8): RN Lowen trash Minden to extend table lead

rhein_neckar_lowenRhein-Neckar were superior away at GWD Minden and took easy two points. In one-sided game the “Lions” from Mannheim dominated the first half 19:11, and in the end celebrated a 37:25 victory. Topscorer of the game was Minden’s Christofer Rambo who scored 11 goals, and in RN Lowen’s team Alexander Petersson scored 7 goals, followed by captain Uwe Gensheimer who contributed 6 goals. RNL now has +4 points ahead of THW, but a game more too.

In a very interesting game, Fuchse Berlin managed to bounce back from the recent run of bad results. The Dagur Sigurdsson team won a narrow one-goal win over Lemgo away with 29:28, with Silvio Heinevetter making 13 saves, while newcomer Petar Nenadic led the team with 7 goals.
