Casper Mortensen joins HSV Handball!

The member of the Danish national team, left wing Casper Mortensen made a huge step in proffesional career by joining his first team abroad – German HSV Handball. The EHF Champions League winner from 2013 totally reconstructed squad in the previous period in order to stay competitive with the TOP of the DKB Bundesliga after era of Duvnjak, Lackovic, Vori and Gille’s brothers.

HSV Handball ended season on ninth place.

The 25-years old winger signed contract which will keep him in the second biggest German city until summer 2018.

– My dream came true to join the team from the best League in the world after seven years in Danish League – said Mortensen for the HSV’s official website.

Casper was a member of the silver Danish squad in Spain 2013 and domestic EHF EURO 2014.
