Croatian youngstar Šime Ivić joins HBC Nantes

Ambitious French team HBC Nantes signed six-months deal with Croatian right back Šime Ivić! The 22-years old right back shooter is coming from RK Celje Pivovarna Laško. French team used oportunity to buy-out Ivić’s contract which is expiring in summer 2016. Nantes will be organizer of the EHF Cup Final4 with the strong aim to win the European Cup for the first time in the history. That’s why highly profiled lefthander could be useful addition to the current roster.

Ivić plays his second season at RK Celje Pivovarna Laško. He netted 52 goals in total at VELUX EHF Champions League. Before Celje, Ivić played at RK Nexe Našice.
