Dibirov, Zhitnikov and Atman lead Russia at WCh 2019

The Russian national team coach Eduard Koksharov made a list of 21 players for the final preparation for the upcoming Men’s IHF World Championship 2019 in Germany and Denmark.

The biggest Russian stars like Timur Dibirov, Dmytri Zhitnikov or Pavel Atman will be in the line-up for the upcoming event which starts on January 11 with the match against Serbia in Berlin.

Russian roster:

Goalkeepers— Dmitry Pavlenko (Chekhovskie Medvedi), Viktor Kireev (Motor Zaporozhye), Oleg Grams (US Dunkirk, France);
Left wings — Roman Ostasenko (Chekhovskie Medvedi), Sergey Nikolaenkov (SKIF), Timur Dibirov (RK Vardar);
Right wings — Dmitry Kovalev (Spartak), Aleksey Fokin (Kaustik), Danil Shiskarev (RK Vardar);
Left back — Sergei Mark Kosorotov (Chekhovskie Medvedi), Aleksander Dereven (Spartak), Vitaliy Komogorov (Dinamo Bucharest), Aleksander Shkurinskiy (Meshkov Brest, Belarus);
