Dragana Cvijic and Katarina Tomasevic to play again for Serbia!

The Serbian women’s national team will be much stronger in upcoming period with some old faces which haven’t been in roster for a while. After three years break (Women’s EHF EURO 2014 in Croatia and Hungary was their last event) Andrea Lekic and Sanja Damnjanovic, but also, goalkeeper Katarina Tomasevic and line-player Dragana Cvijic, are ready to play at IHF World Championship 2017 in Germany.

Three of four of them (Sanja Damnjanovic is injured) are on the list for the start of Women’s EHF EURO 2018 qualification – matches against Faroe Island and Macedonia next week.

These girls weren’t satisfied with work of coach Sasa Boskovic and stopped to play for the national team after debacle at EHF EURO 2014 in Osijek, where Serbia ended tournament in Preliminary Round.
