Filip Ivic leaves Croatian preparation for Men’s EHF EURO 2018

It looks that Croatia will stay without goalkeeper Filip Ivic for the upcoming Men’s EHF EURO 2018 on home soil. The 25-years old goalie of Polish PGE Vive Kielce left preparation camp of his national team in Ivanic Grad due problems with knee.

Ivic missed last two months of the season due meniscus surgery and recovery after it. He came back just before winter’s break.

As medical staff of the Croatian team announced, “Ivic isn’t injured, but his knee reacted on a tough training process”.

Three other goalies on Lino Cervar’s list are Mirko Alilovic, Ivan Pesic and Ivan Stevanovic.
