Four decades of International Handball Tournament in Struga (Macedonia) brought a lof of great handball and also teams who were the winners. Among them two two most successful were domestic teams RK Vardar (12 times winner) and RK Pelister (11). These teams are the most succesful teams in Macedonian history with RK Metalurg, who won the tournament only once last year – 2012.
Also two European club’s champions RK Metaloplastika and RK Borac Banja Luka are among the Struga winners
