How big handball forces are France and Croatia, the best way to describe it is the number of semi-finals in which they played sinace 1994. The French team will play at home in Bercy – 20th semi-final in the big events (Olympic Games, European and World Championships) in the last 23 years!
Croatia are following with 18th appearance in the battle for the medals.
Slovenia will have their third chance to win second medal in national handball history after silver at EHF EURO 2004 at home, while Norway are among TOP 4 for the second time after 2016 in Krakow.
