IHF SUPER GLOBE 2016: Fuchse Berlin step closer to defend title

The reigning IHF Super Globe champions Fuchse Berlin are step closer to the another final of the world’s clubs Championship in Doha. The German representatives outplayed domestic team – Lekhwya 27:25 (14:12) easier than expected. The Qatari team was reinforced by Egiptan handball king Ahmed El Ahmar, but his good play and routine of scoring eight goals wasn’t enough to ensure stronger resistance to the team who won the trophy last year at the same place – Duhail Sports Hall.

However, Qatari team made 5:2 series at the end, when nobody couldn’t predict that Germans will have full control over the match until end of the match. But, Petar Nenadić and his team-mates managed to do it. They turnover the result which was in balance at 11:11 in 26th minute for the last time.
