They led thru all the match with Bnei Herzliya and won 29:22 and sent Ironi Rehovot (that beat Hapoel Kiryat Ono 34:26) to the relegation playoff. In the fight for the 2nd place Hapoel Ashdod host Hapoel Rishon LeZion after four consecutive losses. Surprisingly, Ashdod lost again, 26:30 and finished in the 3rd place.
