Issam Tej retires from Tunisia

Tunisian star Issam Tej decided to retire from the national team. The 35 years-old line-player made decision to stop playing for Tunisia after dissapointment at World Championship 2015 in Qatar, where one of the possible surprises played average tournament, hardly qualified for the TOP 16 stage.

Tej will focus only on his duties in HC Montpellier.

He was a part of the team who won the fourth place at WCh 2005 on home soil, but also won four Asian Cup and played at Olympic Games 2012 quarter-final, where Tunisia lost against Croatia.
