At the EHF Congress which is taking place in Monaco today, the Frenchman Jean Brihault has been the only candidate to succeed Tor Lian at the President’s chair of the European Handball Federation (EHF) and has been elected to serve on this position until 2016. New Vice-President of the EHF is the Swede Arne Elovsson after having received 41 votes, while his countercandidate the German Reiner Witte received 9 votes. New EHF Treasurer is Ralf Dejaco (ITA).
