Kornecki saves point for Kielce in Skopje

PGE Vive Kielce had +3 25:22 in Skopje, but at the end, Kornecki was a hero after he saved shot of Vardar’s playmaker Stas Skube for victory of home team RK Vardar – 28:28 (17:16). The reigning EHF Champions League winners had two wing players in the back line – Timur Dibirov on the left, and Ivan Cupic on the right back after injuries of Pavel Atman and Dainis Kristopans, but somehow managed to get back in the game in front of frenetic home fans.

At the end, Macedonian team stayed second in Group behind THW Kiel.
