Montpellier beat Tatran at the start of EHF CL

French Montpellier celebrated first win at lower part of the VELUX EHF Champions League on Sunday night against Tatran Presov 28:23 (14:14). Slovakian best side showed energy in the first half, but after the half-time break domination of home team became more than visible.

Resistance of Trtik’s squad was ended after 45 minutes, when Zvizej netted for 23:17.

The TOP scorer in the winning team was Vid Kavticnik with seven goals. Oliver Rabek scored six for Tatran.
