RK Vojvodina win 7th Serbian title in a row

The best handball team of Serbia for the seventh year in a row coming from Novi Sad. RK Vojvodina Novi Sad made “the triple” in Serbian handball after winning Super Cup and Cup trophies by taking crown in domestic Play-Off two rounds before the end. Young coach Boris Rojevic became the youngest who take all three trophies in a season.

Team from “Slana bara” hall mathematicaly ended job in Belgrade, where they beat RK Partizan 31:23 (15:15) to stay on 100% after eight matches, six points ahead of RK Metaloplastika Sabac.

Although RK Vojvodina finished season in the best possible way, there is still open race for the second place which will lead at SEHA Gazprom League.

Currently, RK Metaloplastika have two points more than RK Dinamo Pancevo and RK Zeleznicar Nis. The champions could have a huge influence in the last two matches, as they will play away match in Nis and wait for RK Metaloplastika in the last two matches of the season.

RK Vojvodina have now eight domestic Championship titles. The first was won in 2005.
