The magnetic resonance which underwent Arpad Sterbik (31), the naturalized Spaniard, showed that he does not have any remnants of the injury he carried for a very long time. These days he also realised double-work with the physioterapists of the national squad, as Spain is preparing to take on Lithuania in the qualifiers for the European Championship 2012 in Serbia.
Former Yugoslavian national goalkeeper, Sterbik played only 10 minutes on the European Championship 2010 after he injured a muscle. However, he will not play the first two games of the qualifiers, as it was agreed so with the physioterapists of the national team, so everything is healed for the games after those. Probably for World Championships in January.
