After EHF EURO 2008, French national team won’t be on the TOP of one Handball event. Croatia wins against France 29:22 in the second Round of the Main Group in Novi Sad and leave the “Experts” without any chances for the semifinal.
French coach, Claude Onesta wasn’t satisfied at the PRESS conference after the match:
– We played good 45 minutes, but Croatia played well all 60. We weren’t on the level required for the EHF EURO 2012 – said Onesta, who gave comment on the question, is this the end of the “Golden generation”:
– Gentlemen, see you in London next summer. After the Olympic Games, we can sit and talk about that.
The second team who will play in the semifinal is Spain after easy win over Iceland 31:26.
