THW Kiel tough, but important win over Aalborg

THW Kiel finally won at the end of black series, but there is still no too many reasons for “Zebras” fans to be optimistic about the future. Three times EHF Champions League winners outplayed Danish champions Aalborg 27:26 (13:12) in front of 8.200 domestic fans at Sparkassen Arena at Round 3 of the best European competition.

Danes had 24:23 only a few minutes before the final buzzer, but 3:0 series ended with goal of Miha Zarabec, the most efficient Kiel’s player, was the end of hopes of the away team.
