Three times EHF Champions League winners outplayed Danish champions Aalborg 27:26 (13:12) in front of 8.200 domestic fans at Sparkassen Arena at Round 3 of the best European competition.
Danes had 24:23 only a few minutes before the final buzzer, but 3:0 series ended with goal of Miha Zarabec, the most efficient Kiel’s player, was the end of hopes of the away team.
