Uwe Gensheimer won’t miss derby against Croatia

Uwe Gensheimer won’t miss any match at IHF World Championship 2017 in Rouen, despite his father’s funeral will be on Thursday, announced German Handball Federation. Fantastic captain of the German national team suffered a huge loss a few days before tournament due which his participation in France was questionable, but at the end he decided to join team and in the opener against Hungary netted 13 goals!

Gensheimer will travel to Mannheim on Thursday, and then get back to France, where on Friday Germany will play decisive match for the first place in Group C against Croatia. 

Germany beat Hungary with Gensheimer’s 13 goals!
