Veszprem has strong faith, Ortega: We can play better – Nagy: Kiel is beatable

Hungarian TOP team MKB Veszprem has became the real “hit of the EHF CL” last October when Antonio Carlos Ortega and his players beat Atletico Madrid and THW Kiel in only one week. “Dream week” is necessary to be repeated if Veszprem wants to achieve the biggest result of decade – EHF CL F4 in Cologne. The most difficult rival – THW Kiel is again “problem”…

–  We got the hardest opposer. It’s a positive sign that we will play the second match at home and we have time to prepare, because most of the players from the national teams will stay in Veszprém. In February we played desperately in Kiel and they put up a good show. I’m sure that we can play better. That match is a thing of the past, we must deal with the future – said MKB’s coach Antonio Carlos Ortega.

The World’s Best player for 2011, Laszlo Nagy knows how to deal with the pressure of big matches:

We got the hardest team, but we must knock out them if we want to reach the Final Four. Kiel is not unbeatable, they slipped more times this year. We have to search how we can qualify. We must travel to Kiel with the trust of victory, play a good match and fight out the getting on at home.
