Fuchse Berlin, Aalborg and HBC Nantes to join PRO HANDBALL USA summer 2026 event!
PRO Handball USA announced in the statement that ” event in USA in the summer of 2026 will be a star-packed action event with the greatest club handball in the world, in one single venue over a course of 10 days” led by three TOP European teams – HBC Nantes, Fuchse Berlin and Aalborg Handball.
“The ongoing season of European top-level handball for men has been, and still is, an unprecedented scenery in most of the national leagues. In both the Machineseeker EHF Champions League and in The EHF Euro League, it has been intense rivalries and buzzer-beating endings. In the DAIKIN Bundesliga we have an unseen situation with 6 teams in the battle for the top positions and we also have 5 Bundesliga-teams claiming 5 out of 8 positions in the European Final4’s, and across Europe there are intense battles on the handball courts for medals”, is written in the statement:
“We at PRO HANDBALL USA have great expectations for the coming seasons, and it has – and is a very attractive range of teams in our selection – to join our first mega event in the summer of 2026. Therefore, for now, we have chosen, only to select 3 out of the 4 teams, leaving 1 open space for the last great team to join us at PRO HANDBALL USA. We are proud to announce the first 3 teams on the Men’s side, whom, together with our 4 female teams – GYÖRI AUDI ETO KC – ODENSE HÅNDBOLD – BBH BREST & HB LUDWIGSBURG are in our first event in the summer of 2026”,concludes from PRO Handball USA.
Definitely, nice try to involve the U.S market in handball before Los Angeles 2028 Olympics.
