Roland Mikler will stay at Pick Szeged for one more season!
The 41-years old Hungarian goalkeeper will play his 11th season in favorite jersey from Pick Arena, the team with very good season so far with national Cup trophy and EHF Champions League quarter-final clashes against FC Barcelona:
– We have extended Mikler Roland’s contract until June 30, 2026, so the experienced goalkeeper, who has experienced many battles, will strengthen us next season. Roli is an important personality not only on the pitch, but also in the dressing room, he is the vice-captain of the team, a decisive figure in the squad. He and Tobias Thulin complement each other perfectly, the relationship between them is excellent – said Pick Szeged CEO Bence Kiss.
