RK PARTIZAN WITHOUT COACH: Aleksandar Brkovic resigns!

The youngest coach in the history of the VELUX EHF Champions League from RK Partizan Beograd in season 2011/2012 (he was 30), Aleksandar Brkovic resigns after four years on the bench of one of the most successful Serbian teams. Three defeats in four matches of the Serbian Play-Off forced young coach to make hard decision to leave the club in which he worked last 14 years.

Brkovic won two Serbian Championships with RK Partizan in 2011 and 2012, but also two National Cups and SUper Cups. Serbian team have played two seasons in a row at EHF Champions League (2011/2012 and 2012/2013) with Brkovic on the bench.

One of the club’s legend, handball version of Ryan Giggs – Nenad Maksic will lead the team unti end of the season.
