89 PLAYERS IN RACE FOR NOMINATIONS: Who is World Handball Player of the Decade?

After nine years of work on World Handball Player project, it’s time to make conclusion of the Decade (2011-2020) behind us! Handball-Planet.com will organise Contest for the World Handball Player of the Decade based on previous results through the years.

Since 2011 Handball-Planet Jury consisted of our colleagues, people who are following handball 24/7, journalists-specialists from all over the World, making nominations for the World Handball Player for each position (7 + defensive specialist). These nominations are then divided into the Polls in which handball fans from all over the World can support their favorites players. It’s not only on support of the fans, as votes power are divided between the journalists and the fans.

This year, we will extended our Jury for very special reason. It is the 10th years of our World Handball Player project! That’s why we want to make the most realistic Content for the Player, but also BEST 8 of the Decade.

This time, Handball-Planet.com will make the nominations based on previous years and then ask famous handball people (legends), TOP coaches and journalists to vote for the best including the fans.

Through the years, 89 players have been nominated for the Handball-Planet.com World Handball Player Contest.
