Romanian best team HCM Constanta have signed quality line-player from Montenegro – Mladen Rakcevic (32). Montenegrian NT captain is at the end of one-year contract with Greek A.E.K, with whom fighting for the Championship title. He spent almost whole career in Macedonia, where he was a part of the major successes of RK Vardar and RK Metalurg.
He signed two-years contract with Romanians.
