Raul Gonzales to lead RK Partizan

Handball Club Partizan AdmiralBet has announced that Raúl González will take charge of the team from July (we wrote about it a month ago). The Spanish coach is the current head coach of the Serbia men’s senior national team, and he has signed a contract until 2028.
González has enjoyed a highly successful coaching career. He won the EHF Champions League with Vardar in 2017, and then went on to claim seven consecutive French league titles with Paris Saint-Germain, whom he left last summer before moving to Belgrade.
In his first interview for the club’s media channels, the Spaniard said that the name Partizan is a reference in itself and that he is looking forward to a new chapter in his coaching career.
