Austrian Handball Federation announced that 3.000 tickets are already sold for the upcoming “handbal Saturday” in Vienna – June 7, when both national teams will play their home matches in Qualifications for the Women’s EURO 2014 and Men’s WCh 2015 in Qatar. Icelandic coach on Austrian bench, Patrekur Johannesson is aware in the quality of Norway, the rival of his team in the battle for Qatar:
– Chances are 50-50. Every match has start with 0:0 and both rivals could play good. Norwegians are psyschically very strong. New head-coach Christian Berge will bring something new in the team. They are playing 6:0 defense with Borge Lund as defensive commander. They have world-class players asa Bjarte Myrhol or Espen Hansen, Kent Robin Tonnesen, Harald Reinkind in back line, but also one of the biggest talents in Europe, Sander Sagosen. We know that we have to play our best handball – said Johannesson.Â
