Borko Ristovski: “Our duty is to please the nation”

Borko Ristovski (31), the goalkeeper of the Macedonian national team, will have a key role in the upcoming EHF Euro 2012 for the Macedonian team. He has 108 caps behind his name, and 3 goals scored. One of the brightest moments is saving 7-meters against Portugal, which cleared the way to qualification further for the Macedonian team. In an interview with Balkan-Handball.com he points out that “The first game can be decisive. Sweden is our chance. Kim Andersson is the most dangerous, but we can do it. Germany and Czech are dangerous as well, and cannot be underestimated.” Asked about his favorites, “France, Spain, Croatia and of course Macedonia”. He is certain that they will give 100% in every match, and will fight for every ball. “For this championship we are preparing for already 1 month. Our duty is to please the nation”
