After the Cup win in Hamburg against HSV and Flensburg, the regular Bundesliga 31st round was played this weekend, and the most interesting game was played in Hamburg between the hosts HSV and THW Kiel. THW Kiel won again with 38:34 (21:17). The visitors quickly took the lead early in the first half, and managed to keep it thoroughout the game. HSV tried some come-back in the second half, but with no avail. The game was with lots of tension, with Matthias Flohr receiving the red card in the first half over alleged unsportsmanship foul against Filip Jicha.
Three rounds left in the Bundesliga, and it seems that THW will keep the undefeated run til the end, knowing that they have to play against Lubbecke, Hildesheim and Gummersbach.
