One of the best scorer of the last edition of ASOBAL, Serbian left wing, Ivan Nikcevic (30) signed two years contract with one of the best Spanish teams, BM Valladolid. Nikcevic will be substitute for Norwegian, Havard Tvedten, who left the club and move to the Danish Aalborg. This will be Nikcevic’s fifth team at the start of his seventh season in Spain. Before that, he played for Crvena zvezda Beograd.
He is first choice for the left wing position in the Serbian national team, preparing for the EHF EURO 2012, which is Serbia host.
BM Valladolid won fifth place in ASOBAL 2010/2011. Team will compete at the “Wild Card” Tournament for the EHF Champions League with Rhein Neckar Lowen, Dunkerque and Vive Targi Kielce.
