“Croatia Cup” with Balkan trio

The traditional “Croatia Cup” will be played on Adriatic coast – city of Umag. Macedonia and Montenegro will try to find the form two months before trip to EHF EURO 2016 in Poland alongside host team – Croatia. Croatian head-coach Zeljko Babic will be without two important players – Mirko Alilovic and Marko Kopljar, but more difficult situation has his compatriot on Macedonian bench, Ivica Obrvan.

Macedonians will play in Croatia without injured trio Filip Mirkulovski, Stojanče Stoilov and Ace Jonovski, while Renato Vugrinec decided to finish with NT career. The first playmaker of Macedonian generation Naumče Mojsovski isn’t in a squad as he is struggling to find a new team since June, when he finished contract with Qatari Lekhwiya.
