Croatia wins third bronze medal in a row after victory over Slovenia 31:26 (14:13) in “San Jordi” hall in Barcelona. Team of Slavko Goluza was better rival in this clash with “former brothers” and broke resistance of the opponent in the beginning of the second half with series 7:0. After Slovenian playmaker Bezjak got red card (21:14), winner was known and in the last 15 minutes has been seen match without results pressure. Duvnjak and Cupic were the best scorers with 8 goals, while Alilovic had solid role between the posts. In Slovenian team, Primoz Prost with 16 saves was the only one on the necessary level.
