Barcelona and KIF Kolding are now leading the group with two wins each. Barcelona had trouble only in the first half against Wisla Plock as they went at the break with 13:12, but with better play in the second, Barcelona in the end won 30:25. Macedonian Kiril Lazarov led the Catalan side with 9 goals, while Nikola Karabatic contributed 7 goals. Nemanja Zelenovic and Tiago Rocha were Wisla’s best with 5 goals each.
KIF Kolding had no bigger trouble in Istanbul against Besiktas, and won convincingly with 33:24. With two wins, now they are leading the table together with Barcelona.
