EHF EURO 2014: Spain finishes group phase undefeated

Manolo Cadenas with Spain continues where Valero Rivera left off. With two victories in their final two games of the group phase, Cadenas’ Spain finished with 6 wins from 6 games. Today in front of 3500 fans in Leon, the Swiss team could only play the initial 15 minutes of the game on level with Spain, the score standing 4-4. In the final 15 minutes of the first half, Spain made 9-2 run, and went at break with comfortable 13:6 lead. Same story in the second half, Spain led by Raul Entrerrios and Antonio Garcia with 4 goals each, finished the game in style, in the end winning 29:16.
