Four coaches lost EHF CL Finals? Is Pascual “that one”?
Xavi Pascual will be the eighth coach of Hungarian handball powerhouse Telekom Veszprem in the XXI Century.
The Spaniard should be promoted during the week as successor of Serbian coach Momir Ilic, who ended his three-years contract with the team from “Veszprem Arena”. With him, but also with no one else, Hungarian champions didn’t achieved an eternal dream of winning EHF Champions League trophy.
The big finals lost three coaches – Zdravko Zovko in 2002, Antonio Carlos Ortega in 2015, Xavi Sabate in 2016 and David Davis in 2019.
Is Pascual that one who will make it?
He won it three times with FC Barcelona.
