France celebrated fifth victory at Men’s EHF EURO 2018 in Croatia! Team od Didier Dinart came closer to the semi-final, which can lose only in situation of losing last match against Croatia with nine goals difference! The fifth victim was Serbia 39:30 (19:12) in clash which looked more than like training session than match of EURO event.
The Serbian “Eagles” was in lead 7:6 after 12 minutes, when French machine began to work in a proper way – especially in defensive line. The world’s champions ended first half with 13:5 series which was more than enough for easy and routine second half against not motivated Balkan guys who already lost all the chances for placement at semis.
Caucheteux and Luka Karabatic netted seven goals each for the winners, while Nemanja Zelenovic did the same for Serbia.
