Fuchse Berlin won the prestigious EVFH-Cup that took place in Ehingen. In a final against the very strong Veszprem side, the Berliners won the final game with 25:24 (12:14) victory. Jaszka had six goals scored for the Foxes, while Christophersen contributed with five goals. In the last seconds Heinevetter saved a shot from Nagy and thus secured the title. MKB Veszprem saw the team playing in full power, including the new signings, Laszlo Nagy and Chema Rodriguez.
