Gurbindo to THW Kiel

Eduardo Gurbindo will be a member of THW Kiel until summer 2024.
The 35-years old Spanish right back is coming to the Baltic coast as replacement for injured Steffen Weinhold and should help “Zebras” to stay at the TOP of German handball in upcoming 2023/2024 season.
Gurbindo ended his contract with CS Dinamo Bucharest by mutual agreement.
Experienced backline player has won six medals with Spanish national team including European gold at EHF EURO 2018 in Croatia.
Gurbindo was a part of FC Barcelona squad with Karabatic, Rutenka, Lazarov, who won the EHF Champions League in 2015. After Barca (2012-2016), he spent five years at HBC Nantes before move to Bucharest in 2021.
