HC Vardar boss Sergey Samsonenko has received a fine of 4.000 EUR following his comments after the match HC Vardar – SG Flensburg-Handewitt in which he questioned the independency and impartiality of EHF referees. The EHF opened proceedings immediately after those statements, and have reached a verdict by which Samsonenko is due to pay 4.000 for remarks that are considered derogatory and contravene to the principle of respect.
Samsonenko has the right file an appeal within 7 days.
