Denmark and SG Flensburg – always strong connection! The handball city on the Danish-German border had a lot amazing Danish players in the club’s history. SG Flensburg coach Ljubomir Vranjes will have two Danish newcomers for the next season – playmaker Rasmus Lauge (23) and line-player Henrik Toft Hansen.
Lauge is coming from THW Kiel, where he couldn’t find the place in the roster after injury in the battle with Joan Canellas and Domagoj Duvnjak. He signed three-years contract with Flensburg, what will be the perfect chance for him to rebuilt his career.
Henrik Toft Hansen decided to leave HSV Handball next summer.
