Right after he joined forces with Ilija Abutović to form an impenetrable wall in front of Vardar’s goal, Slovenian international Miladin Kozlina (32) is to leave Macedonia again and move to German Bundesliga. According to Balkan-Handball.com, this highly experienced former Slovenian national player has made an agreement with GWD Minden, a team that is lead by Goran Perkovac. Aleksandar Svitlica and Nenad Biblija‘s team is now to be joined by defense specialist, a player who back in early career days had some admiring attacking performances, such as destructive shot.
Kozlina has built his career in Celje Pivovarna Laško. He has played in Metalurg Skopje for two seasons, but then the team unexpectedly gave up on him last summer while he was recovering from an injury. The contract with the German team will be two years.
It seems that his place in team will take Aleksej Rastvorcev, who is still recovering from an injury.
Minden is currently placed 13 in DKB Bundesliga.
