NEW ERA IN ANGOLA with Morten Soubak: It looks very exciting

The former Brazilian national team coach, Morten Soubak, ended an era in South American handball which brought the biggest success for some non-European country in history of our sport. Brazil won the World Championship 2013 in Serbia by beating home team which put another light on the work of Danish coach, who spent there seven years (2009-2016).

Now, Soubak is at the beginning of new era in African handball, the most successful nation for a years – Angola. 

“I have been introduced to a presentation of Angola’s handball federations aiming at the Olympics in 2020 and which I think looks very exciting. Angola did very well for the Olympic Games in Rio and I hope I can help continue the exciting work and develop the team until Tokyo Olympics”, said Soubak, write hbold.dk.
